![]() TRIUMPHANT ENTRY
(Benz) tet 28" M. Dor. (Emperor's Choice X Tet. Siloam Harold Flickinger) This may have the largest face of any yellow we have introduced so far. A full 6" flower, with perfectly round form, and remarkable symmetry and consistency. Petals on the first blooms can measure a full 4 inches across! Ahhh….the power of an induced parent! This one reminds me of EMPEROR'S CHOICE on steroids, with the same color and perfection of form, only much larger, flatter, and heavier, and on a bigger, huskier plant. Top-branched, with a bud-count of 18, and though EMPEROR'S CHOICE has the edge on buds, TRIUMPHANT ENTRY re-blooms reliably here, proving for an even more prolonged bloom season. Fertile both ways, much, much easier as a pod-parent than EMPEROR'S COICE, and a much more productive one as well, producing some of our most spectacular lemon yellows so far. But even more important, a high percentage of its dormant seedlings re-bloom-even in the first year beds. This is our premier lemon-yellow to date, and a must if you are serious about hybridizing dormant yellows. $100.00
