ELECTRIC LEMON LACE

(Benz) tet 28" M. Dor. (Athenian X Tet. Siloam Medallion) This is my very favorite color in a daylily. Nothing shows so well in the summer garden as these intense, glowing, true lemon yellows. This 5" frilly beauty is possessed of the most fluorescent shade of yellow I have seen so far. Surpasses even our own ELECTRIC MELODY. Makes me wonder just how far we can take this color. Foliage is blue-green and hard-dormant, and just medium in size. Scapes are top-branched with 15-18 buds. Fertile both ways but a difficult pod-parent. Proving a wonderful parent and best kids are lager, with both superb branching and….REBLOOM! I wish it were larger, and had a better bud-count….but stock is limited and thus.. SOLD OUT
