Blooming on a tall, beautifully branched and heavily budded scape, this 5 1/2" beauty was my first pick of over 40 sibs in this fortuitous cross. Some were larger and several sported huge gold braided edges, but none were as stately and elegant with the overall balance of flower and plant as ICE AGE FRILLS. Scapes boast 3-4 way branching and a total of 25 buds. Always flawless and picture-perfect with a "mother-of-pearl" finish and further embellished with fancy gilded pleats and ruffles, this is one of our showiest near-white introductions to date. Easily fertile both ways, and proving a wonderful parent. The first ICE AGE FRILLS kids bloomed last summer and quality was inordinately high, with some seedlings even sporting huge gold sharks teeth.
